Even Rihanna lifted the restraining order and moved on with her life, so why can’t we? We are acting God-like and passing constant judgment against a punk kid who didn’t know how to deal with anger correctly. There is no excuse for his actions, but people he is so young and has a lot to learn about being a real man.

I could NEVER condone what Chris Brown did, but I can’t condemn him for the rest of his life. I don't condone the actions but people really need to learn to move on.This is what people focus on with so much going on in the world is just sad and shows how misguided people are. These two people have moved on and done other things with their life since this happened. Here goes another little bit of information to you who are condemning this young man.You are not breaking him because neither he nor Rhianna care that you have put your lives in park over them. For everyone who says I will never forgive him you don't need to as long as God,Rhianna has and he has forgiven himself and if he strives to be better than he was then that is all that can be hoped for.You don't dictate the success of this young mans life.If you don't want to listen to his music that is fine but remember you don't make or break his success. You are actually a non factor.People can keep being shady but this man doesn't know you and doesn't owe you anything. It is easy to judge when you are the outside looking in but unless you are the almighty you don't have the power to know this young mans heart or the sincerity of his apology. It is easy to sit in judgement of people it keeps us from having to look and evaluate ourselves and our own lives.I refer to him as a young man because he is young and because I refuse to degrade him and he is still learning to be what many grown men still have not mastered and that is being a real man.I applaud him for not giving up and trying to make amends but he is not going to please everyone and the only one he needs to please is God and if he does that your opinions of him are irrelevant. The way I look at it is, you can't walk around mad, because then you just prove everybody right that you're an angry person." "The last two years, everybody dissed me," he says. "You can't blame people for how they want to be portrayed or if they don't want to be associated with somebody who had a particular mishap," he says.ĭespite all the drama, Brown was never abandoned by his fans and, with their help, he is hoping to put the past behind him. "At the end of the day, if I walk around apologizing to everybody, I'm gonna look like a damn fool."īrown, who was ordered to serve five years probation, put in more than 1,400 hours of "labor-oriented service" and complete a 52-week domestic violence program, adds that only a few friends, including N.E.R.D.'s Pharrell Williams, stood by him throughout the dark times. I consider myself a grown-a- man," he tells the New York Post's Page Six Magazine. "People are always gonna talk, but I'm in a positive place.
